How do I know which plan I am on?

Your active tier shows a “Current plan” badge on the Plans page.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your portfolios, watchlists, and saved items remain. You simply lose access to Pro-only tools until you upgrade again.

Why is the upgrade button missing?

Either you are not signed in, billing is temporarily unavailable, or your account is not eligible for self-serve upgrades. The card text tells you which case applies.

What the Plans page shows

The Plans page lays out each subscription tier side by side with its price and description. Your current plan is marked with a badge, and any tier you can move to shows an upgrade button.

Free versus Pro

The free plan covers a wide range of research: news, watchlists, portfolios, market analysis, the sector heatmap, correlation matrix, economic calendar, factor analysis, the strategy backtester, and the macro map. Pro unlocks the advanced AI tooling — AI Portfolios and the ML trading model — and the full Academy experience.

Upgrading

To upgrade, sign in, open Plans, and choose Upgrade now on the tier you want. You are taken to a secure checkout. If billing is unavailable or your account is not eligible, the card explains why instead of showing an upgrade button.
