File bug reports and suggestions, track their status, and chat with support in one place.
My Reports lists the bugs and suggestions you have submitted. Filter by type and status, then expand a report to read its description, any admin response, and resolution details. When a report is resolved you can confirm the resolution, or close a report yourself.
The support chat tab keeps a conversation thread per report. Pick a conversation from the sidebar to read the history and send a new message. Unread replies are badged so you know when support has responded.
For quick comments that are not a formal report, use the Feedback option in your account menu to send the team a short note.
