Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC ) found a partner to help pay for its Arizona chip factories, but accepted constraints on how it operates them. The partnership dates to 2022, when Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) became the venture's 51% owner and a Brookfield-managed investor held 49%. The original announcement outlined up to $30 billion of joint investment in two factories in Chandler, Arizona. Read Also: Bitdeer (BTDR) Fully Contracts A102.
